The United Way Young Leaders Society is a network of passionate, young professionals creating a lasting impact in their communities. Members connect to their communities and each other through professional development, educational opportunities, volunteerism and networking events.

United Way’s Young Leaders Society
is a network of young professionals in their 20s and 30s who share a passion for advancing community solutions in their own backyard. Through unique networking events, hands-on volunteering opportunities and innovative leadership trainings, members leverage the power of United Way to connect, serve and grow—both personally and professionally. YLS will help you improve your leadership skills and expand your personal network.

Membership is available to individuals and couples who give $250+ annually to United Way of Hall County.

YLS Events

  • Luncheon with Leaders

    Network with other young professionals and community leaders while visiting local companies and organizations. these events include lunch and a tour followed by presentations from company leaders.

  • Cocktails and Conversations

    Gain a better understanding of the health and human service issues facing Hall County and find out how your contribution of time, talents and resources can enhance non-profit operations as a Board Member or volunteer.

  • Leaders in Action

    Participate in group volunteer projects with other YLS members. Projects will vary throughout the year. You are welcome to bring your family!

YLS Membership Requirements

*Married couples share a membership
*Your donation supports United Way of Hall County

20-29 year olds

Donate $250 or more annually
($21.00 per month)

30-39 year olds

Donate $500 or more annually
($41.66 per month)
