WHAT IS A TEAM SERVICE PROJECT?

A collaborative volunteer effort involving a group of individuals working together to achieve a specific goal that benefits the community.

Whether you have a small business with a few staff, a large corporation with hundreds of employees, a mission group, an athletic team… You name it; we will come up with a project that will certainly benefit our local community in need but also benefit your group in many ways, too!

By collaborating on a Team Service Project with us at United Way of Hall County, we’ll directly collaborate with The Compass Center and our plethora of funded programs and resources to able to come up with a project that will fill your heart, fit your budget and schedule, and fill a need right here in Hall County.

Simply fill out the form below and answer a few questions from us. Then, United Way of Hall County will be in touch with the fun stuff. We’ll contact you directly about some project ideas to make sure they align with your vision, we’ll do all the heavy lifting in preparing for the project, then on Project Day United Way of Hall County will show up with bells on to help coordinate your project.

  • Half of Hall County lives below a self-sufficient threshold. Meaning there is a massive need for unique projects that can fill a range of many needs. With needs so great, no project, big or small, will go unfelt but by partnering with United Way on your project, we’ll ensure it!

  • Studies show that when a company, group, or team of people get involved in a Team Service Project, not only does it boost the morale of your group but also highly increases personal fulfillment, skill development, and has an overall positive impact to your team’s mental well-being.
