Crisis Intervention The outcome goals for focusing on Crisis Intervention are to assist people in meeting basic needs and provide support for individuals or families in crisis.What We Know *- Highest number of calls that 2-1-1 receives is for rent/utility assistance.
- Hall County ranks 83 of 159 counties in number of children living in families where no parent is in the labor force.
- Down turn in economic conditions causes escalation in need for crisis intervention services.
Indicators *- Number of clients served reported by partner agencies providing crisis services.
- Number of referrals 2-1-1 makes to crisis service providers.
- Number of substantiated cases of child abuse and neglect continues to decline.
